In addition to imparting knowledge to staff members Pathways approach also inspired positive changes in staff relationships; and prompted more of the following with staff – flexibility, thoughtfulness, and creativity while showcasing the importance of building parental and community partnerships; and educating staff on how to deliver more differentiated and engaging lessons to students.”

“The Elsie Whitlow Stokes Community Freedom Public Schools initially solicited assistance from Pathways Educational Consultancy to facilitate an all staff retreat that we held as part of our 2018 Summer Professional  Development Institute. As we planned for the opening of the new campus we wanted to ensure that all new and returning staff understood and shared Stokes School’s mission of  preparing culturally diverse students to be leaders, scholars and responsible citizens who are committed to  social justice.our request to Pathways Educational Consultancy was to develop professional  development sessions that focused on culturally responsive teaching. What we received from Pathways was  so much more than we originally anticipated or could have even imagined. After the two-day retreat multiple people on our staff remarked that the experience was one of the  most moving and meaningful professional experiences in their lives. I echoed that sentiment. I wholeheartedly recommend Pathways Educational Consultancy and can attest to the quality of their work and the level of their professionalism.”
